23 - ¼ cup sour cream
24 - ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
25 - 1 lime, cut into wedges

# How-To Steps:

01 - Combine rice, water or broth, and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until beef is well coated and sauce is slightly thickened.
04 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
05 - Divide rice among four bowls. Top with seasoned beef, black beans, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, avocado, and a dollop of sour cream. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
