01 - Add durian flesh, banana, coconut milk, water, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to blender container.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 1-2 minutes. Add additional water or coconut milk 1 tablespoon at a time if mixture is too thick.
03 - Taste smoothie and add additional sweetener if desired. Blend briefly to incorporate.
04 - Pour into two chilled glasses and enjoy right away for best texture and flavor.
